How does it work?
Sculptra preparation is a polylactic acid. Injected under the skin, stimulates the production of connective tissue, dermis becomes thicker and stronger, new collagen fibers and elastin are produced, the skin becomes more firm and elastic, wrinkles become less apparent.
What is the course of treatment?
Before the surgery, anesthesia is advised – Emla or cold compresses. Additionally, just before the treatment, anesthetic is added to the preparation. Preparation – it is a suspension of polylactic acid, which is injected with a syringe that has a very thin needle, which causes a reduction of pain to a minimum. After injection a massage is recommended on treated area to spread the substance evenly.

When would the first effects be expected?
